Note on the JRIV
With 4 plates, the JRIV produces all 5 water types and is a legitimate introduction to Kangen® Water. However, for families with higher daily consumption needs, we recommend considering the SD501 or K8 from the outset, as their higher plate counts deliver stronger electrolysis and longer machine longevity.
Our assessment includes a recommendation for which model best suits your household size, daily water consumption, and budget. There is no pressure to purchase any particular model.
